At Dan & Dav Investigation Services Pte. Ltd., our strength lies in the experience and integrity of our leadership team. Founded by David Ong and Danny Gan, the agency is backed by decades of combined expertise in law enforcement, investigations, and professional consultancy.

 

David Ong

David brings over 25 years of combined experience in policing, private investigations, and business management. A former Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) with the Singapore Police Force, he handled a wide range of civil and criminal cases before moving into the private sector as a Senior Consultant in a licensed investigation firm. His blend of investigative expertise and business acumen ensures clients receive discreet, professional, and results-driven services. David holds a Bachelor's degree from RMIT University and received his foundational tertiary education at Singapore Polytechnic.

 

Danny Gan

Danny is a retired Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) with more than 20 years of service in the Singapore Police Force. He has led multiple specialized investigation units, including the General Investigation Branch, Anti-Drug Unit, Foreign Offenders Squad, and Anti-Unlicensed Moneylending Squad. As a former OC Squad at the Home Team Academy, he also trained new investigators in law, evidence handling, and investigative procedures. His last appointment was Deputy OC Crime Strike Force at Hougang NPC, overseeing complex investigations and supervising investigative teams.
